- Buffet has not had a salary hike in the last 25 years.
- His annual salary is less than one-seventh of what Berkshire’s V.P. and CFO Marc D Hamburg draws annually.
- For perks, Buffet does not use the company car and fly the office jet for his personal trips.
- Buffet’s total compensation, which includes the directors’ fees from the firms where Berkshire has significant investments, actually fell by 18.31% in 2007 as compared to 2006.
These points are disclosures from a compensation report by the board of Berkshire Hathaway.
