Microsoft Is Providing Free Unlimited Windows Vista SP1 Support

Microsoft had recently announced the availability of Windows Vista SP1 (Service Pack 1).

As normal with any new software, normal people encounter installation and software compatibility issues.  To tackle this, Microsoft is providing unlimited free support through chat, email and phone for Vista SP1 installation and compatibility issues until March 18, 2009, reports Keith Combs.

Vista SP1 Support Hours

It looks like there are lots of people who are needing support in installing Windows Vista SP1 as the wait time for chat support is almost one hour and the phone wait time is uncertain.

If you are in the U.S. you can use the phone support; for others, chat and email are the available options for resolution of your Vista installation problems.
