As of today, not only Youtube but Rapidshare, Metacafe, myspace, and multiply are blocked by the indonesian isp. I don’t know when this will be over.

I Live in Indonesia, and to me, Blocking direct streaming video site like Youtube does make a bit sense, but multiply, myspace, etc do not make sense at all. There is no way to stop this film from spreading anyway. People always find a way. I think the more government do this, the more people wanted to see the film. Why dont they just shut down the Internet, and make us feel like living in an ice age again. A lot of people use myspace, multiply etc for media of promotion and all, so please stop this nonsense.

Very true…banning websites for hosting a film does not make sense and will not stop it from spreading. It only creates curiosity amongst people to watch the film.

Apart from that banning websites like Multiply affects the people who use it for business purposes.
