According to a latest poll conducted by Monster, 51% of U.S. and 53% of U.K. office-
goers suffer from sleepless Sunday nights. The sleeping disorder happens because of mental stress related to the office preparations for the forthcoming week.
The global poll conducted by Monster asked a simple question to the Internet users:
Does the thought of going to work on Monday affect your Sunday night’s sleep?

To prevent yourself from having sleep disorder because of work related stress, Monster suggests you to:
Think about something good that happened in the office instead of the problems
Use a to-do list for planning and organizing your tasks in a timely manner
Go for a refreshing vacation to relieve yourself from work related stress
