Before Monday Morning Blues Comes Sunday Night Insomnia

According to a latest poll conducted by Monster, 51% of U.S. and 53% of U.K. office-Monster Logo goers suffer from sleepless Sunday nights.  The sleeping disorder happens because of mental stress related to the office preparations for the forthcoming week.

The global poll conducted by Monster asked a simple question to the Internet users:

Does the thought of going to work on Monday affect your Sunday night’s sleep?

To prevent yourself from having sleep disorder because of work related stress, Monster suggests you to:

Think about something good that happened in the office instead of the problems

Use a to-do list for planning and organizing your tasks in a timely manner

Go for a refreshing vacation to relieve yourself from work related stress
