Webster University Reaches Out To Students & Public Through iTunes U
Technology Sunday, April 20th, 2008Webster University has announced the availability of educational material to students
and the public through iTunes U. The educational content distribution service from Apple, iTunes U, makes audio and video content from colleges and universities available to students online for free. Most premiers colleges and universities including Stanford, Harvard, U C Berkeley, Yale etc offer their content on through iTunes U.
With the availability Webster’s collection of guest speakers, interviews and course material on iTunes U, students and learners now have free, anywhere, anytime access to educational multimedia content from Webster. Using iTunes U, students can download and save the content to Mac, PC, iPod, iPhone or any MP3 player. iTunes U will improve the accessibility, affordability and convenience in accessing the content and will extend its learning programs beyond to the global community.
For the launch, Webster University is providing the School of Business and Technology’s “Success to Significance Speakers Series,” interviews from the BizTalk Book Club, and select speeches on iTunes U. Follow the link to access Webster University’s content on iTunes U.
