Google Sites Is Now Open For All; Easily Create Websites And Web Pages
Technology Thursday, May 22nd, 2008Google had launched its web page creation service, Google Sites, for Google Apps
customers earlier this year. Now, Google Sites service has been opened for all and anyone can create websites with an easy to use wizard.
To create a website with Google Sites, you just need to enter the name of the site, select privacy options and theme for the site and you are done. Once the site has been created, you can edit the pages in the site using a rich text editor and add various type of stuff to the pages files, videos, images, Google Docs and Google Gadgets. You can even include Google Analytics for your site to track the site traffic. The total space provided with the free version of Google Sites is 100 MB.
You can invite people to share and collaborate on your Google site and define access levels for people for allowing them to view or edit the web pages. Belo is the video which provides an overview of Google Sites.
