How To Start Blogging With Microsoft Word 2007

If you have a blog hosted on Windows Live Spaces, Microsoft SharePoint Services, Google Blogger, WordPress, TypePad or Community Server, you can start blogging using Word 2007 almost immediately. Here is how you can start publishing blog posts using Word 2007:
1. Open Microsoft Word 2007 and click on the MS Office Button.
2. Click “New” and then select “New Blog Post” from the “New Document Window”
3. Word 2007 will ask you to register your blog by providing the required information. This is a one-time process only. Complete the registration process.
4. Once you are done with the registration, you can start writing and publishing blog posts from Word 2007.
The blogging feature in Word 2007 also allows for adding and selecting blog categories for the posts. You can also insert hyperlinks, images, etc using the “Insert” tab in the ribbon.
