			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the last week, everyone was talking about <a href="http://blog.wired.com/business/2008/03/can-google-stop.html" target="_blank">Google&#8217;s brain drain</a> and that startups by ex-Google employees will be the one to <a href="http://www.alleyinsider.com/2008/3/ex_googlers_launching_startups_to_attack_mother_ship" target="_blank">give competition to Google</a>.  The picture below shows all the big names leaving Google to join companies like Facebook, Meetup, Kiva, Polyvore etc and the others who turned founders of startups like Twitter, FriendFeed, Howcast, Ooyala, Cuill, Topicle, Rentbits, WeatherBill, Xobni.</p>
